Q - Is hosting included? |
A - Hosting is included for the 1st 12 months - After that it is charged at £40 per year and will be debited automatically when due. |

Q - Do I have an input on the design process? |
A - Yes, the level of input depends on the website package bought. We are happy to use your company logo and any images you wish to be included - We ask that you email these over to our technical department and they will add them to the site. |

Q - Can I add images and pages after the initial design? |
A - Of course you can - it is your website. Additional pages are charged at approx £50 each. Additional images and text is charged dependent on the time taken to implement the changes |

Q - What if I wish to host the site elsewhere? |
A - That is fine - We will happily email you a copy of your site or we can upload the site to your new servers. This does incur an administration charge. We believe we offer excellent value for money hosting so see no reason why you would want to change |

Q - Who owns the domain my site is under? |
A - The domain remains the property of Nominet - the .co.uk domain registrar. We register the name on your behalf and this needs renewing every 2 years. If you wish to transfer the domain away from New Approach Marketing that is fine but is subject to an administration fee. We will automatically debit the domain registration when it is due. If you on your own domain we can email you the settings needed to point it at our servers |
